THE CHILD WITHIN
Journey to self discovery is a journey only I can master in my life.
To master oneself.
Days have rolled into weeks, in turn months and now years.
As you find your path and travel foolishly along only having a knowing as your guide. All your focus is on the true love within that was lost at some stage, but determination is what is driving you now because if there’s one thing you know is there is no giving up. Life hasn’t been easy living in the dark with these negative mindsets. Only I have the power to make this happen. No one can make these changes for me but me.
Inner healing is a process when we are totally committed to let all that does not serve us go and be willing to really release lovingly the pain and anguish in a state of one love and forgiveness. When you are ready the judgments also released as are no longer part of your make-up. What is it we want? When we are really honest we will know, love, appreciate and surrender all.
By understanding ourselves more we can achieve more positive behavior. Teach our self to believe the desired outcome is achievable.
Affirm to yourself. Allow new mental teaching to be instilled. Delete old emotional memory programs with new positive loving ones.
Everyone loves to hear me.
Everyone loves to help me.
Everything is turned into a positive experience. Positive Energy. Visualize the home environment you want. Choose to live it. Make sure it’s what you want. Make sure its positive. Make sure it’s what you truly want. Don’t waste your energy on things you don’t want. Negative energy has just as much impact as positive. So keep calm ask the Angels to help you with these things also, you will be amazed. Any thing from the heart for your highest good is already in the making just ask.
As our journey of self discovery begins,

Inner Healing looking deep within
As I look within and see that child staring emotionless in her own lost world. I call and beckon her to look at me.
Are you really me within? I ask.
Why?
Out of the blue this lost soul starts to talk to me.
Unrecognizable and wise beyond her years. What will it take to win this aspect of myself back?
I talked to her, still nothing but a blank stare. Surely you can see I am here for you?
“Me”!
Suddenly I am approaching this child as myself in child form with pig-tails and girly dress.
We talk a while when it dawned on me that this child was me but in a separate form that was lost because of life’s advents that I had lost perception and trust, faith and that I would be protected as life lessons were introduced.
Had I truly closed off my own emotions due to the fact that I had sold my soul and self love to others because I didn’t believe in my own power?
I knew this process couldn’t be rushed.
This is me the child within and I would need to be gentle and very loving if I was to gain trust and respect from within again.
How many aspects of me have been buried within?
This is a challenge I am up for. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Me, myself in my true form, my true nature.
Oh God this is what I want.
To be one with myself and in turn to be one with all again.
I now choose Love.
I today take back my power, my Self Love and loving and gently go within as I collect all these aspects of myself and hug and cry and laugh while I patiently learn to love myself again and promise to myself that no matter what happens in my life I am important first and foremost and I will lovingly express my truth always.
No more swallowing myself for the fear of not being good enough or accepted because I am already these qualities.
This is my life, remember it doesn’t matter what form your guidance comes in, it is my life and free will, and no one can force me to do anything only if i let them. My life – each day I wake up it is now about me. Me first.
As we Master our own Journey to self discovery please Love yourself like you have never been loved before and appreciate the growth and enjoy the experience, because with a blink of an eye another loving chapter in your life begins.
